Jelajahi - prices and what's included

Prices are per person per trip and based on 2 persons sharing a cabin.
Exact pricing is available on the schedule here as prices vary dependant on the time of year, destination and the length of the trip and sometimes special offers are available.

The trip price includes :
Transport to the harbour from airport or hotel
Transport from the harbour to your hotel
Full room and board on trip

The trip price does not include :
Equipment rental (full set) USD$ 25 per day (please book in advance)
Larger 15l tank: USD$ 10 per day
Nitrox US$ 5 per tank or USD$ 10 per day
National Park and Harbour fee IDR 3,500,000 (Paid on-board in cash)

Purchases on board, including drinks and courses etc must be paid in local currency or by credit card (National Park fees cannot be paid by credit card)
Dive insurance is mandatory as is your own personal dive computer (You can rent one for the trip if you do not have your own).
We suggest Dive Assist Dive Insurance to you for your trip for basic dive insurance.
As well as the Mandatory Dive Insurance we highly recommend Trip and Travel Insurance on the off chance of missed or cancelled flights / lost baggage, documents, money or passport / Covid issues or any other unforeseen problems that could possibly occur.

Single Occupancy offer:
If you would prefer a private room there is a single supplement of +75% in addition to the displayed trip price (175% of the advertised trip price) due to each cabin normally being for 2 persons.
If you are a solo traveller and are happy to share then you are charged at the normal advertised rate and you wil be allocated a cabin buddy, who will be another guest, by the cruise director once on board.

Booking Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions.
Booking deposit: 30% of your invoice total is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your booking.
Final payment of 70% is due to 90 days prior to the departure date to complete your invoice payment.
Individual bookings made less than 90 days before the departure date will be payable in full upon booking to confirm your booking.
Cancellation at any stage involves forfeit of monies already paid.
Payment can be made via Credit or Debit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard), Revolut pay, Wise, Bank transfer or Apple and Google pay at no extra charge.

What is the ideal check in time ?
For Komodo before 4pm in Labuanbajo the day before the trip as they need to do the clearance at harbormaster office 17.00 (5pm). Raja Ampat, you can arrive the day before or even on the first flights of the day on the departure day is fine also.
What is the earliest check in time ?
Labuanbajo 9.00 AM to 4PM the day before departure, the office is open everyday from 9.00 am to 17.00 (5pm)
Raja Ampat (there is no office so the meeting point is at 7.00 am and the driver will pick you up from airport or hotel.
What is the latest check in time ?
The day before in Labuanbajo 4pm for Komodo trips
For Raja Ampat, on the departure day 7am
Where are you met on the day of boarding ?
Labuanbajo 8.00 AM at Mikumba Diving center
In Sorong for Raja Ampat trips, 7am at Marina Restaurant
You will be met at Marina Star Restaurant in Sorong harbour, they will organise a taxi from the airport or your hotel for you and it’s only about 10-15 mins.
Is there a check out dive on the boarding day or it is the following morning ?
Yes, 3 - 4 dives per day as they leave in the morning on the day of departure.
What time does diving end on the day before check out (how many dives on the last day) ?
Diving ends about 1pm and you will be back at the dock around 16.00 (4pm) for check out, so can fly the following day.
